Daylight sighting of a Bigfoot outside Muscle Shoals
Two companions were deer hunting near their camp in the late afternoon when they heard loud popping sounds, heavy footsteps, and a foul odor. A large hair-covered biped stepped out of the treeline across a logging road and stared at them without moving or making noise. After a brief stare the creature stepped back into the woods and the witnesses fled and have avoided hunting deep in that area since.
Rock throwing incident at Woods Canyon Lake
The witness was fishing at a lake spillway in the afternoon when a basketball-sized rock flew through trees from an upslope hill to the east and landed in the lake. Birds that had been chirping went quiet, and another nearby fisherman who also saw it left. The witness later smelled a strong skunk-like odor upwind.

A short time later the witness returned with a brighter light and companions, saw the blinking eyes again in woods beside the house, then heard movement and a throaty howl as it left.

A hunter left his stand in the morning to help search for a wounded deer and joined a companion who had spotted an upright hairy animal in a tree. The witness observed the animal standing in a fork through a rifle scope, noting reddish hair, bare facial skin and long arms, before it disappeared as they approached. They found heavy heel impressions and a strong odor at the site and later watched two distant figures moving in trees.

The witness drove late to a job site to retrieve a bobcat loader with a dump truck and trailer. While loading, he noticed a skunk-like smell and then saw red eyes watching from down the road, appearing taller than six feet. After moving the truck he saw the same eyes again about 30 feet into the woods at roughly his eye level from the cab. He maneuvered to turn the truck around and drove away quickly without looking back for several miles.

The dog chased the creature while the witness ran home, and the dog returned later unharmed. A strong road-kill-like odor was noted around the time of the sighting.

Months later the witness drove to a bridge late at night to fish. In complete darkness he heard sounds like a vehicle and approaching steps, felt the bridge shake from heavy impacts, heard a branch move and a brief powerful scream, and nearly shot a neighbor who rode up on a bicycle. He realized the neighbor had not made the sounds and drove home without returning to the woods.

The witness let dogs out at camp and walked up the hill behind the trailer to find a small dog. While resting near a rock face, the witness heard the dog bark, looked back, and saw a tall black figure running down the hill. The witness followed the sound of it crashing through brush to a clearing below, where the noise stopped.
