Around midnight on January 21, 2017 the witness was making calls from the front porch and received a wood knock response from across the street, which drew the dog into the woods. When the dog went quiet the witness entered the woods, beat on an oak and shouted for the dog, then heard knocks, chest-beating, howls, a bluff charge and a tree pushed over while seeing eyeshine. After the witness told the entity to back away, the dog returned and they went home.
Witnesses saw Creature next to a Broken Tree
A group of youths watching cattle from a hill saw the herd become anxious and flee a corner of the field. They went to the fencerow to investigate and found reddish hair on barbed wire and a small pine twisted and knocked over high up. After hearing movement, two of them saw a face with gray-white eyes and reddish hair about seven feet up near the broken tree and watched it for about two minutes before fleeing.
Vocalization in Louisiana
The guest and two companions camped for the first time on a large rural property. During the first night they heard a fast-moving loud vocalization, prolonged limb-snapping, stomping and tree-shaking across a field. Later the guest sensed being watched, investigated a thicket and encountered an overpowering ammonia-like odor that he interpreted as a threat display.
