He returned later with a hunting partner and heard coordinated whoops from multiple positions, and a few days later with a larger group found extensive tree damage, possible structures, and three sizes of bare human-like tracks.

The witness camped with the sibling and a friend from the city in a clearing containing moose bones and antlers. After midnight they heard branching breaking and multiple bipedal-sounding runners circling camp in the dark, fired rifles without effect, found the dog terrified in the tent and felt something touch a tent, then saw large shadows in firelight. They packed out carrying the dog while being followed down the trail, with one silent individual flushing very close, until reaching the car.

While elk hunting, the witness and a companion made camp on a widened logging road at dusk. They heard movement in three spots around them, then a single extremely loud branch snap like a gunshot from about seven to eight feet up directly behind the witness. Both fled to the truck, where the companion loaded a rifle and insisted lights stay off, and the next morning the area was silent.

While scouting separately from a companion, the witness walked past a closed gate into clearings and felt uneasy about continuing. While walking back, distinct bipedal footsteps followed, stopping and starting with the witness and moving fluidly through dense trees. The witness paused to confront it, heard small limb snaps, then ran to the truck.

The night before the vocal outburst, the witness and his brother smelled a strong bad-potato-like odor and listened in the dark to something very large moving around them near their tents.
Paranormal encounter in Indiana
A few days after the field light the witness woke around 3 a.m. unable to move or speak and saw a clear sparkly bubble-like blob moving between his head and feet. His dog barked outside and he abruptly regained movement. The identical paralysis and blob recurred the next night for up to fifteen minutes, again ending when the dog barked.
Eyeshine in Indiana
In darkness the witness walked a logging path to his tree stand while two sets of eyeshine paralleled him side-by-side for a long distance. When he switched on white light at about 15 feet the eyes rose to about seven feet with a bark-like grunt, then vanished. From the stand he watched one taller and one smaller eyeshine peek from behind a tree until a neighbor's vehicle lights approached, when they crashed away loudly through the woods.

Standing at a stop sign at midnight, the witness heard buzzing and saw a short red streak of light rushing toward him. At the sign it made a sharp impossible turn and continued toward the cemetery. He told only one friend at the time.

While alone locking up the mall late at night, the witness drove behind stores and saw a dark hairy being on all fours dart from dumpsters toward vans and into a nearby tree line at extreme speed. He saw its lower body with human-like buttocks and no tail, then heard crashing and smelled an intense dirty-feet odor.

The witness and friends walked into dark woods and heard deep snorting or grunting that sounded like a bull but seemed impossible among close trees. As they ran toward their campfire, the unseen animal pursued them, its steps shaking the ground, until they reached the fire and left.

The witness, then a child, arrived home at night when car headlights lit a large hairy figure standing at a mowed corridor into the woods. He got out for a better look while puppies cried nearby, his sister joined him, then his father shouted for them to stop and the figure crossed the opening and thrashed away loudly. The next day they found puppies in the woods and knocked-down vegetation with limbs broken high up.

The night after Christmas the witness watched from a gas well across the valley as dozens of small pin lights moved along the ridge and dropped into the valley. Later from the truck near the first sighting area he watched a beach-ball-size bluish light and then a basketball-size yellow-orange light move intelligently six to ten feet off the ground around trees, pause at the ravine edge, and drop over, casting almost no light despite brightness. Companions asleep in the truck did not see them.

The guest's older brother stayed in a rustic dog-trot cabin with no power. He heard something walk across the porches, went outside with a gun and spotlight, saw nothing but smelled strong fresh fish. The sound returned when a crank radio was turned on and off, leading the brother to believe a Bigfoot had visited the porch.

The guest's father and younger brother walked to a rural mailbox without a flashlight under moonlight. A figure ran silently across the road immediately in front of them, close enough to touch. Both described it as relatively smaller, about six and a half feet tall.
Scream in Utah
The witness, working as a hunting guide in southeastern Utah, waited alone for deer in a canyon in the evening. He heard prolonged loud screaming that frightened two distant guides away. After dark with a dead flashlight, he hiked up the canyon trail toward the sound and faced a tall silhouette blocking the trail before it moved aside and let him pass.

While staying at a walled missionary compound, the witness spoke late with a female team member then walked toward the dorms. He saw a tall black human-shaped figure moving up a garden path, felt it was evil, and stepped toward it while praying. The figure retreated through the gate bars into the wilderness, rustling vegetation and rattling the gate, an event the night guard also witnessed.
