Vocalization in Kentucky
Two friends camped in woods near their homes over several nights. At night they repeatedly heard a loud, strange vocalization that seemed to approach the tent and vibrate in their chests, accompanied by a strong rancid odor. They searched with flashlights, found nothing, and fled to a parent's house.

The witness later returned to the site with a relative and noted a foul odor lingering there.

Guiding a night group, the guest used a thermal and saw a large figure step from behind a pine about 100 yards away, then a second smaller one peeking. With eight to ten people on a hillside, the group heard something run 100 yards below through aspens at high speed breaking limbs while screaming and vocalizing. It then ran behind them grunting like a gorilla and slapping trees, continuing for hours until morning.

Hiking with a companion, the guest exchanged rock knocks and then watched a small hairy figure run through thick timber about 100 yards away for about four seconds. He described it as reddish with long hair moving fluidly and extremely fast.

The witness, then a teenager, drove to a ranch at night to hunt raccoons with a dog. The dog acted fearful, livestock were huddled, and the woods were silent before a foul odor, heavy thumps, a branch break, growls and a scream occurred. The witness then saw large red eyes and a huge upright figure at close range, froze in terror and prayed, then fled to the truck without clear memory of the retreat, later finding the dog on the road and abandoning the rifle.

Behind the first woven structure in dense summer foliage, the witness saw a reddish-backed small creature rise and run on all fours with a flat gliding motion. He first tried to explain it as a fawn or fox but concluded it was larger and matched descriptions of a juvenile. He theorized adults bend trees while juveniles do delicate braiding.

Something hit the home's door and a strong stink was smelled, with a three-foot poplar branch found nearby that appeared twisted off though no poplars grew nearby.
Movement only near Mount Shasta, California
The guest was canoeing with a church youth group near Mount Shasta when the group felt they were being followed along the bank and smelled a bad odor. A basketball-sized rock was thrown with great force from dense cover and landed near his canoe, prompting leaders to flee. Years later he learned a boy in another canoe had seen a head show its teeth then withdraw, which he now attributes to a Sasquatch.

After smoke from a burn drew a fast rush up the ridge, the witness lit fires to watch. Through a parabolic viewfinder he watched a tall dark-red creature leaning against a tree for about 15 minutes. It rolled its upper lip, had long cheek hair and a strong sulfur musty dog smell that left when it left.

After finding a platform of lodged trees over the ravine where a creature watched the dog, the witness urinated there to mark it. Reviewing that night's recording, he heard a pebble hit the house around 3 a.m., tapping on glass, then urinating on his deck, leaving a rank smell still on the dog box.

About a year later in the same northern area during a group night expedition, the group saw a red light in the middle of a road. Radio contact confirmed all companions were elsewhere. The witness approached to within about fifteen feet before the light moved into the woods.

While walking in the woods near rock piles and a large tree cross, the group took a phone photo that appeared to show two large glowing green balls above a ridge. Moments later a silent low triangle of lights hovered and moved slowly just above the treetops while the group reacted on video.
