Three family members were bank fishing in the early evening when they heard rustling across the road and felt they were being watched. They then noticed a skunk-like smell, heard a low grunt/growl sound and a large branch break. They watched a large tree get pushed over and fall, then left immediately without ever seeing a creature.

After the fire died the witness lay in the tent and heard loud breathing approach, stop behind the tent blocking moonlight, shuffle the cooler, then sniff at his head. He yelled and hit the tent, after which it urinated on the tent, hollered loudly and left breaking and twisting high pine branches. Next morning he found large compressed impressions and damaged branches.

Three hunters camped in a river bottom over the opening weekend of bow season. Over several days and nights they reported heavy impacts, rustling, a skunk-like odor, red eyeshine, wood knocks, whistles, talk-like mumbling, a whoop-ending vocalization, and bent trees and branch structures. The most intense moment was a predawn episode with a deep guttural roar followed by a scream-like sound near camp. They left early after smelling the odor again near a plum thicket.
Tree break in Oklahoma
Two colleagues in Area X heard loud wood cracking behind a cabin and watched a leaning healthy tree bounce and snap. The teller says something large dropped from the upper branches to the ground and ran off, and a later measurement showed the trunk was about eighteen inches thick.
