Water hauler has late night encounter

The witness, a water hauler, reported being outside his truck at a work site in the early morning when he smelled a foul odor and saw a very large bipedal figure in the moonlight. The figure reportedly moved around the truck but stayed out of the work lights. The sighting lasted about 30 seconds and the figure was described as taller than a nearby 6-foot well head with black hair.
