Sasquatch sighting in South Carolina (1999)
The witness was deer hunting alone from a box blind on an old railroad bed in the morning. Through a rifle scope he watched a large black-haired biped move between the woods and a field for about twenty minutes, at one point scratching its leg like a person and checking the wind. After it reached a corn pile it turned toward the blind, froze when the witness waved, then fled extremely fast back the way it came. The witness later told his father and the property manager, who searched the area and nearby houses but found no matching poacher.
Rocks thrown at two hikers on Heather Lake Trail
Around 2001 the witness and a companion hiked Heather Lake Trail in the late afternoon as the last hikers on the trail. While taking turns stepping away to urinate near the top, each had a rock thrown at them from an unseen source. As they hurried and then ran back down, they heard heavy stomping and breaking branches moving parallel to them, and another rock was thrown after they briefly hid behind a tree, prompting them to flee to their car frightened.
Two see 7- 8 Foot Creature on dead end road
Two companions stopped on an unused dead-end road late at night. While one waited in the truck with the high beams on, a tall brown man-shaped animal appeared in the light. It stood still for about a minute, made a grunt sound, then turned and walked away with an unusual swaggering gait. The pair left the area in reverse, frightened by what they saw.

The witness returned to the same trail area and hiked on the opposite side of the river. He reported having the same uneasy feeling and feeling watched. He did not go as far and has not returned to the trail since.
Fisherman has morning sighting while boating up waterway near Sioux Lookout
Two people were boating in a creek on a rainy, windy morning when the witness saw a bulky black bipedal figure 30-40 yards away. The figure walked steadily toward the woods for 10-15 seconds, swatted a branch aside with its left arm, went up a hill and disappeared without looking toward the boat. The companion kept his head down against the weather and saw nothing.
Truck driver spots tall figure on roadside
The witness was driving a truck at night when a dark figure was seen on the roadside appearing to roll on the ground. As the truck got closer the figure stood upright on two legs, moved toward the side of the road, and then jumped up and down while hitting its chest. The witness drove past without stopping and continued on.
Strange bellowing noises heard
Over several weeks the witness was repeatedly awakened at night by loud, drawn-out bellowing sounds that seemed to move and change in volume. A friend, the friend's spouse, and a relative also heard the sounds, and overturned garbage cans were found in the mornings. The sounds were first thought to be cows, deer, or a bear, but the witness later felt they resembled alleged Bigfoot recordings from Pennsylvania.

Three teenagers were fishing and cooling off in a creek when something crashed down the steep hillside, threw a rock between them and screamed and roared. They scrambled to the bank and saw a large hairy human-like creature at close range making a display, tearing up ground and showing its teeth. They fled, leaving all their gear, and never returned.
Nighttime sighting by motorists near Turkey Run State Park
A couple driving at night with their child came upon a tall dark-haired figure walking in a gully alongside the highway. They passed it slowly and viewed it peripherally for about ten seconds, noting its height above the van and its large jawed face. They continued driving and later stopped to recover and discuss what they had seen.

The witness was bow-hunting and stalking a trail toward the river just after sunset when movement to the right caught his attention. He saw a greyish-brown form lying on its belly about twelve feet away, with legs behind, arms in front, a large torso and a head. The form raised on one arm and turned its upper body to look at him, and after staring briefly the witness felt compelled to leave the woods.

The witness was hiking with family and resting by a bridge over a stream when two sons who had gone to explore returned saying they had seen a gorilla. The witness followed the sons back to the spot and reported seeing a bigfoot kneeling by the stream drinking. The creature reportedly noticed the group and ran off into the forest.
Forest worker has many encounters with bigfoot
Two forestry workers resurveying a remote allotment for a timber harvest reported being followed at a distance while smelling a heavy stench. During a break they heard large movement in the brush, threw a piece of wood toward the sound, and then saw the backlit shadows of four hair-covered figures behind bushes in a break of sunlight. The witness described two large males standing motionless, a thin female with a hump who vocalized and wrung her hands, and a smaller child-sized figure, before the light faded and the pair left the area to finish work later.

On July 16, 1997, a tour guide driving tourists along a road stopped near a burned-out bridge and watched an upright, hair-covered creature for about 15 minutes from 70 to 80 yards away. The guide moved the bus forward and backward to give passengers views and tried to get a passenger with a telephoto lens to exit for photos, but no one would leave. The guide then drove away and could not relocate the creature on a later return.
Paranormal encounter in Michigan (1997)
The witness and a trooper responded to a health facility for a report of a possibly suicidal staff member who had reportedly turned his head fully backward with eyes rolled back. The next morning multiple officers fought for many minutes to restrain the same small man, who displayed extraordinary strength, chanted unintelligibly, and turned his head backward with whitened eyes. Medical testing reportedly found no drugs or alcohol, and the man later left the area.

The witness had split from a hunting companion to stalk along a forested ridge on a November morning. He noticed a large, dark-haired bipedal figure emerge below the ridge tip about 83 yards away and step beside a large oak. The two watched each other from behind trees for about three minutes, after which the figure left toward the woods following a loud snap the witness later attributed to an armadillo. He found no tracks on the hard ground.

A hunter and his son paused on a ridge while elk hunting in the morning after hearing a noise and a snap. The father saw a brown, long-haired biped from the shoulders down standing in old cuttings, which grabbed a tree and swung behind it to keep the tree between them. The son reported hearing a high-pitched scream and grunting that the father could not hear. They searched the spot but found no sign, noting an unusual absence of deer and elk sign.

A man cutting through a cemetery was grabbed by the arm and smashed to the ground by something huge. Looking up he saw a large dark-furred creature with a German shepherd-like head slobbering, growling and sniffing his body before running off on its hind legs.
Sasquatch sighting near Anniston, Alabama (1996)
The guest, a soldier in training, went for an evening run on a straight road through woods on base. Something in the woods mirrored his footsteps and paced him as he ran back, staying about 25 meters away despite his speed. At the edge of the woods near the barracks he heard a tree smashed apart and saw cream-colored legs from the waist down before the figure walked away.

The witness and a companion were archery hunting in high-elevation basins in western Colorado when they heard a single, extremely loud scream lasting several seconds from the direction of their camp. They initially attributed the sound to a mountain lion, but acquaintances who hunt mountain lions did not recognize the described sound. Years later, after hearing a purported Bigfoot vocalization on television, the witness reconsidered the 1996 incident as possibly Bigfoot-related.

Two companions had spent the day fishing at dredged ponds and were leaving at dusk when they heard splashing. On the far side of a pond they saw a dark, broad-shouldered figure standing chest-deep in water with its back to them, repeatedly raising its arms to slap the water. They ran to a nearby house to report what they had seen.
