The witness and his son were fishing in the evening after hearing about an abandoned camp. Pine cones began falling near them and one hit the witness's foot. They then heard extremely loud roars and saw a large bipedal creature on the hill pounding its chest before dropping to all fours and leaving. They hiked up the trail to their truck, shaken, and later told others.

The witness stopped his ATV on a forest trail to wait for a slower companion. Small rocks began striking the vehicle, and he saw a tall dark hair-covered figure about 70-90 feet away rise from a low position to standing. He watched it briefly as it stood bipedally and then stepped backward into dense woods, after which he left quickly feeling fear and nausea.

The witness was bow hunting alone in the late afternoon when he saw a large muscular bipedal figure at a distance. The figure was uniform dark rust in color and walked away, disappearing after only a few steps. The witness climbed a small tree to get a better view but the figure was gone.

The witness was deer hunting on a friend's wooded property in Pennsylvania during buck season in 2005. From a ridge he watched a single hairy biped for about 10 to 12 minutes as it broke a small pine tree, investigated the stump, and appeared to eat ants from a rotten stump. The creature sniffed the air, showed no aggression, then walked away apparently unaware of the witness. The witness noted an apparent left arm injury and described the animal as about his own height, thin, and more human-like than expected.

Late at night the witness walked down a snowy farm lane and saw a large dark hairy figure standing by a pond about 80 to 100 yards away, feeling that it was watching them.
