Growl in Florida (2011)
The witness walked a narrow tractor trail at night to check a hog trap while a companion waited in the car. He heard footsteps, a deep rumbling growl, and smelled an intensely foul odor, then sensed something following and stopping behind him. The companion turned on headlights and saw a very tall, black-haired biped standing close behind him making threatening fist and foot displays. The creature crashed away through brush when lights flashed, and the witness abandoned his equipment and never returned.
Sasquatch sighting in Florida
The witness and several friends camped on family land in South Florida near the national park. At night they heard hisses, tree knocks and whoops, saw strange lights, then saw a group of large hairy bipeds that threw rocks, injured a friend, threw a large dog, and chased the group as they fled on ATVs. The next day the camp was found destroyed and the dog was found dead.
Unidentified sound in Florida
The witness was scouting for a redfish tournament from a kayak in Florida near NASA property in the early morning. After hearing a large splash, smelling a nauseating odor, jumping wild hogs, and hearing a powerful scream-growl with trees shaking, the witness saw a tall hairy human-like face watching from behind a palm frond. The creature charged to the water's edge about 15 feet away, stopped when the witness raised a paddle and yelled, stared again, then walked back into the woods, leaving the witness physically ill and anxious for weeks.
