Possible ongoing activity at a farmhouse outside Torrington
The witness reports ongoing nighttime disturbances at a rural home shared with a spouse. Strange noises begin at dusk and continue through the night, with knocking, dragging and loud thumps on the house and high windows recurring every couple of months. An investigator later noted additional whoops, chatter and wood-knocks from the timber line and cattle becoming agitated late at night. The witnesses state they have never seen the source and no tracks have been found.
Sasquatch sighting (2009)
Six years after the first incident, the witness drove with his son to a deer lease for a morning hunt. While walking alone to his stand in the dark, the witness was followed in the brush line, then saw a huge dark-faced creature that hit a tree. The creature later approached the ground blind and sniffed at the door gap before leaving.

One evening in September 1978 around 10:30 p.m., the witness and his wife were going to bed when something was noticed outside their bedroom window. After turning on the light, they reported seeing three bipedal creatures with widely spaced orange-rimmed eyes peering through the screen, one stooping to look in. The visitors then made a loud vocal sound and left walking bent forward.

During a church retreat campground stay, the witness lay awake in a top bunk on a stormy night after lights-out. She heard the screen door open and shut, smelled a foul odor, heard heavy shuffling steps and breathing with a soft growl behind her bunk, and felt something large and furry trace her face. She next remembers waking on the floor, and the next morning a bunkmate said she had seen a big black hairy creature standing behind the witness.
Someone or something walks by house and peers from around a tree
As a child the witness was at home at night with siblings and a cousin when the doorbell rang repeatedly with no one there. An older brother became hysterical after seeing something peeking from behind a tree and gesturing, and later a neighbor arrived saying something had followed him in the woods. Two older girls then saw a dark form at the bottom of a trail that moved and had red eyes, and also something with a cone-shaped head peeking around a garage, and the younger children later saw a large figure pass by a window.

A woman saw a four-foot object moving along a rear fence and fetched a neighbor, who shot it with a shotgun and saw it drop. When approached, it jumped to hind legs and chased the shooter back into the house, then left toward another town. Strange footprints were later reported nearby.

A homeowner saw a hair-covered ape-like or very old man-like being come up to his porch and look in the window while walking on hind legs. When he went for a gun, it bounded over the porch railing and disappeared into the woods.

After moving across the street, the witness heard her puppy growling, then three taps on the front kitchen window. The dog was backed into its crate with hair raised in fear. She checked with a flashlight, saw nothing, and called police to search the property. It never recurred.

A former military man stayed alone in a remote cabin without utilities near Snohomish to get away from people. Over months he heard creatures around the cabin, heard Jabba-like laughing, saw them while fishing and looking in windows, smelled sulfur, and saw one vanish and reappear. After a night of multiple individuals banging on the walls and vocalizing, he packed up and never returned.

Two brothers living about two miles apart in a remote area moved into a long-vacant home and experienced escalating aggressive activity. The creatures chased one brother through a garage, came to a child's window at night, ran across the roof nightly, vocalized, and were seen standing in brush and at the property edge. After a spirit medium visited and the brothers commanded the beings away in prayer, activity at the house stopped, and related incidents included a vanishing woman, cloaking, and trail cameras failing when food was taken.

The next day the witness was alone upstairs tidying the cabin where the board had been left. He idly moved the planchette and asked if the board was evil or good, then felt his arm move on its own. Immediately there were two loud bangs on the front door but no one was visible outside.

As a young child sharing a bedroom, the witness woke to see a tall hairy female-like face at the window across from her bed. The figure tapped on the glass and motioned for her to come outside, then moved to a second window behind her head and tapped there. The next morning plants and shrubs outside the first window were found crushed, and her grandfather called police.
