The witness rejoined companions who laughed, and has not returned to the area.

After stopping and getting out, they heard movement ahead in the woods, then a loud scream, and ran back to the truck while wailing continued behind them. They agreed they had encountered a bigfoot and returned the next day to find broken limbs but no footprints.

In the morning the witness found deer remains, drag marks, and a shelter-like structure of bent and broken pines.

He escaped in his car with damage to the vehicle.
