Family has frequent visitors at their home near Ocean Park
The witness claims a family group has visited a rural wooded property regularly for nearly two years, typically evenings to early mornings several times a week. Reported activity includes footprints, wood knocks, odors, vocalizations, trail and structure formation, and direct sightings with food exchange and close interactions. An investigator visited the densely brushed property, observed extensive trails and shelter-like spots, and interviewed the household about four to five individuals of different sizes.

The witness and a companion followed noises into woods on private property after seeing large movement in the treeline. After a deep growl and handgun shots, they were confronted at the treeline by two large hairy figures that stomped, rocked, and threw branches. The same crippled female was heard, smelled, and twice seen, shook brush, threw objects when angry, tore down a camera tree, liked squeaky toys which she broke and lined up, and watched a dog fetch before disappearing after a road and well brought more people.

The guest and a friend were walking a remote field in Kentucky to look for artifacts and re-examine barefoot-like prints found the prior days. From several hundred yards away they watched a hair-covered biped stand up, pace near the treeline, flail its arms, puff its chest, and repeatedly pick up dirt clods to sling toward them. The pair kept their distance and walked out to the road, feeling the animal was agitated and territorial and did not follow them.
