The next morning the witness searched the snowy backyard and found many unusual tracks similar to ones seen the prior year. The witness recorded the tracks with video and photos before asking someone else to examine them.

A couple watching movies in a barn heard prolonged loud splashing along a nearby lake shore that stopped when a flashlight was shone toward it and then resumed in a different spot. They felt uneasy and left for the night. The next morning the wife found a very large human-like footprint with partial prints on the shore and kept a broken cast of it.

The witness reported walking back along a trail after making calls with no response when he found a very large footprint and a scat pile containing vegetation and shell fragments. Moments later he saw a very tall, heavily built, dark brownish creature about 70-80 feet away that had been digging at a ground hornet nest. The creature then ran rapidly down one ridge and up another at a speed the witness felt could not be matched, and disappeared. The witness then collected his things and left for his car.
Family has frequent visitors at their home near Ocean Park
The witness claims a family group has visited a rural wooded property regularly for nearly two years, typically evenings to early mornings several times a week. Reported activity includes footprints, wood knocks, odors, vocalizations, trail and structure formation, and direct sightings with food exchange and close interactions. An investigator visited the densely brushed property, observed extensive trails and shelter-like spots, and interviewed the household about four to five individuals of different sizes.

The witness and a companion were hiking out after a multi-day camping trip when they found a large barefoot-like print in mud, with additional fainter tracks continuing along the trail, and took a single cellphone photo. That night while sheltering in a trail cabin with a poncho rigged over an open window, the covering was pulled open and a securing board was knocked onto a camper despite no observed wind. The witness noted the nighttime disturbance could have been a bear, but also noted a food-strewn garbage bag was left untouched.

From a sixth-floor hotel balcony before dawn, the witness watched a tall hair-covered biped for five to six minutes at a distance. The being stared, rocked side to side, and repeatedly leaned to pull bark from a large pine tree. Afterward the witness fetched security and later returned in daylight to find fresh bark, deep ground indentations, and possible scat.

The witness was snowmobiling with two companions in the Boundary Waters area when they found large human-like footprints in snow crossing lakes. They photographed the tracks over three days in March 2007 and reported measurements of about 16 inches long with a roughly six-foot stride. The dogs refused to leave the porch while reacting to movement in an adjacent tobacco field. The witness saw a large hunched furred figure with a rounded back in the field and a smaller figure moving away, and heard exchanging chuffing vocalizations and a distressed mewling sound from the field and from across the road near a creek. The figures moved toward tall grass and the tree line, a tree across the road shook as if climbed, a musty odor was noticed, and mashed grass trails were found the next morning.

The witness was camped alone at the intersection of four logging roads in Northern California, tending a campfire late at night. He became aware of a pair of reflective eyes watching him from behind a bush about 70 feet away and watched them for over an hour as the fire died down until they disappeared. In the morning he found large foot-shaped flattened grass impressions leading to and from the spot behind the bush.

Afterwards the witness found a porch freezer broken into with frozen food scattered, plus white hairs and ground impressions.
