Wood knock in Oregon (2023)
Alone on a gated cement bridge, the witness heard metallic knocks from underneath, filmed under the bridge and saw no one, left small gifts, and spoke aloud about believing and being fearful. She felt a strong whole-body zing-like sensation, then after sighing heard a very loud deep sigh-like vocalization with pitch changes from the woods across the road. Shaking, she returned to her car and drove away, later calling her mother while emotional.

Around 11:30 to midnight a dog growled at a sun-warmed rock pile while horses stared the same way, though heat vision showed only rocks. After going to bed, the witness woke around 2am to two very deep voices talking in full sentences in an unknown language within about a hundred feet. The witness dressed, opened the door, shone a light, and saw and heard nothing.

Alone in August 2012 at the same spot, around 10pm the witness heard something running back and forth through forest on the upper side of camp making deep aggressive snorts. Yelling did not stop it. Scared, he got in his Jeep, waited, then stayed the night. His recorder captured the running and snorting.

While with a group at the meadow on Sunday, the witness sat in a lawn chair for about five minutes unable to move while staring at the woodline. Around the same time an audio clip recorded by another person captured strange voice-like sounds and a whoop.

On a return trip they camped in a lower valley spot. After feeling watched by day and making calls near a creek around 2:30-3am with no reply, they sat at the fire and heard a clear attention whistle from the woods around 3am. They recorded video and felt it was trying to get their attention.

In the days and weeks after the festival the vendor reported continued contact around rivers, her house and a forest deck. She left cedar and other plant offerings that were taken within minutes amid loud excited sounds. On several nights the juvenile approached closely with heavy footsteps, branch snapping and gentle mouth sounds, sometimes heard by a friend. She also reported being healed and seeing a red-coated figure glide through the woods near her home and later at a high prairie campsite.
