Creature circles camp, reflective eyes seen
The witnesses were camped overnight when a very large presence circled the camp from dusk through the night, with reflecting eyes seen about seven to eight feet off the ground. Around 2:30 a.m. after they went quiet to listen, it charged to within about five feet and then ran off before they could see it. In the morning they reported footprints in wet grass twice the witness's size and a large smeared handprint on the truck.

Grandmother tells stories of Bigfoot activity in Cherry Grove
Some residents in the Cherry Grove area claimed to have seen a dark-colored sasquatch in a forest and to have heard frightening screams. They also reported discovering very large footprints at the site. Investigators reportedly created casts from those prints and later showed them to local high school students.
