Bigfoot "bed" and possible tracks in duff found
The witness reported finding a large mashed-vegetation bed with a trail of very large footprints leading to it and trees broken high up. An investigator later visited the site with the witness and observed that the tracks were in duff without toe detail and that one track location would be awkward for a biped. The investigator suggested the bed could be from a bear or elk and was not enthusiastic about the site as evidence.

He claimed to have seen two kinds of creatures, describing a shorter reddish-haired one with striking blue eyes and a larger aggressive one that stalked him. He also believed the creatures could imitate animal sounds.

A hunter reportedly shot a buck and was then charged by a 7.5-foot creature. The deer was later found mutilated and broken with the carcass covered with sticks. Broken trees and tracks were also reported at the site, which was later visited.

A fisherman near Estacada was reportedly chased back to his truck by a Bigfoot waving its arms. The man fell during the pursuit, and the creature reportedly waited for him to get up without trying to catch him.
