Woman describes sighting in teen years in Tohicken Valley Park

In 1968 the witness, then 16, rode a bicycle to explore an unfinished campground area and stopped by a new bathhouse. On returning to the bike, the witness saw an upright creature standing across a split-rail fence about 8 feet away, gripping the top rail and rocking side to side. The face was clearly seen in sunlight while the body remained in tree shade, and the witness left promptly without reporting it at the time.
