Similar rock-like impacts on the cabin were heard after dark on Friday and Saturday nights, and a companion later heard loud rustling and a loud tree-strike sound behind the cabin Sunday morning.

A man driving to fish with his son stopped on a road near a lake after seeing what he thought was a bear. The animal stood upright, revealing a very tall, broad, dark-brown hairy human-like form, and the driver got out and shouted at it. A saltwater hauler working after midnight at an oil-field tank site reported seeing glowing red eyes above a 9-10 foot fence during an unusually quiet period with a skunk-like odor and a low growl. The figure moved out of view and then threw about five tennis-ball-sized rocks toward the storage tanks, with two striking the nearest tank. The witness felt intimidated and left the site, returning the following night to look for the rocks.

While cleaning a construction office trailer around midnight, the wife stepped outside and saw a tall hair-covered figure watching from behind a tree about 25 feet away. She stared for a couple minutes as it leaned to look around the tree, then ran inside. The couple checked the area with headlights, saw nothing, waited in the dark, and heard whistling and rustling before leaving. In daylight the next day they found nothing that explained the figure.

The witness was sitting on the porch at night when the dogs reacted to a heavy stepping sound nearby. After getting her husband, the couple watched a grayish hair-covered biped about 5 feet tall leap onto and off a refrigerator on a trailer, knocking the trailer off its blocks. The animal then fled on two legs in a stooped posture toward the road while the husband fired a pistol into the ground.

Late at night after returning from work, the witness let dogs outside and heard prolonged loud screams, deep throaty sounds, wood clacking and tree-breaking noises attributed to two unseen sources apparently fighting. A deer feed bucket was carried off and left a mess at the feeder area, and horses panicked and ran into fences. No creature was seen.

After wildlife fell silent around 7 a.m., prolonged branch breaking and pounding on trees was heard for hours, a frightened hog fled the woods, a branch struck the blind, and deep growls were heard. On the second morning approach, something was heard walking alongside in the brush and a close growl was heard near the stand before the noises resumed at daybreak. Nothing was ever seen and no tracks were found.

After a chem light disappeared, the woods fell silent and alternated quiet sides, followed by a loud thunk, a cold spot, approaching two-legged footsteps that produced no silhouette, movement into a thicket, and a very large rock striking the ground. The presence appeared to circle the position for about two hours until moonrise restored normal night sounds, and bait set for coyotes remained untouched by morning.
