He did not see or smell anything that could have thrown it, but felt uneasy and felt he was not alone. A group was camping overnight at a remote forested lakeside camp. After hearing distant screams that seemed to shift position and prolonged branch-breaking around camp, the witness stayed awake listening while others slept. The witness heard heavy running and breathing pass the RV and noticed moonlight through the windows dim briefly, then later the companion's son fled his tent to the RV reporting tree-banging, movement, darkness at the tent, and a voice imitation. No one saw anything, and the next morning knocking elicited whistle replies from the woods.
