The witness and a companion were camping in a tent on the witness's driveway in mid-October. Around 2 a.m. under a full moon, the witness awoke to grunting and snapping trees and saw a large hair-covered figure striking and eating a deer, then dragging it uphill. The figure approached the tent, giving off a strong musky odor and knocking a frying pan from a tree before leaving. In the morning the witness found deer remains, drag marks, and a shelter-like structure of bent and broken pines.

Two Large Creatures Were Seen Coming Out of Creek
As a child camping with family, the witness woke at night and stayed up to watch raccoons. Two large hair-covered creatures waded across a creek into the camp, growling and grunting while going through items left out. The frightened witness hid and remained still until they left the way they came, after which the raccoons returned.

After the family began investigating and filming, the beings began approaching the house, vocalizing, threatening dogs, striking the husband's car from behind while driving, throwing a live bird sideways across the porch, and depressing and shifting the son's truck while he sat in it.

At a Puyallup house backed by woods the guest's son was growled at, garden ornaments were taken and replaced with rocks, and wood was thrown against the house. The guest saw a tall black individual walking from her window that seemed to vanish, saw it solid twice more, and walked close to another individual holding its arms across limbs to mimic a tree before backing away.

On Halloween night the friend, the witness and the friend's son went into Rock Creek Canyon playing calls. They heard creatures trailing on both sides, humming growling, a large boulder splash in the creek, saw eyeshine of a very tall figure, then found a mature deer with a leg twisted and left quickly.

Two men and a child explored a higher logging road at night, heard a loud knock from dense woods and answered with knocks, then heard deep growls felt as vibration, additional knocks from different directions, a thrown rock clinking off equipment, and footsteps following as they slowly drove away.

She went to the porch with a gun and flashlight, saw a figure run behind a parked semi, then saw clawed hands gripping it as it peered around. An email writer described being alone at midnight by a lake at his summer campground while on break. A rock-sized object struck his shoulder, followed by a deep subwoofer-like growl from behind. He turned to see a creature turning and running away with heavy footfalls, then fled to his camper.

After partying at a private lake, the guest drove out late and struck a two-foot hairy juvenile that ran into his car's headlight. He heard a thump, slowed, then heard a loud roar from the woods and fled. While circling back behind the lake he heard growling and movement following through the woods and sped away.

The same two witnesses repeatedly heard very large rocks splashing into the creek after sunset at a conservation area from 2006 to 2008, hearing a distant deep roar once.
