Forest Growth and Yield Tech has strange encounter while working in forest
Two forestry workers measuring trees heard log-ripping and heavy footstep sounds, then had a large rotten root chunk and a smaller stick thrown toward them from an unseen source. One worker walked toward the direction of the throws and saw a tall, broad, long-haired figure standing motionless with its back turned. The witness returned to the coworker without disclosing the sighting and they finished quickly and left.

The witness and two companions explored a deforested and mined area with piled boulders and abandoned mine buildings. The witness, his wife, and their infant son walked to a fishing pool along a brushy creek after noticing a strong odor. While the witness fished, his wife heard a rock land beside her on a gravel bar, followed by cracking noises like branches breaking underfoot in the forest behind them. The witness threw rocks toward the sounds thinking it was a bear, but the noises continued, so the family packed up and left without further incident.

After the others went to sleep the guest flicked on a small sink light and the cabin was immediately pounded, shaken and rocked as if lifted off its blocks, with screaming, running on the roof and rocks and brush thrown. He believed two creatures were arguing or fighting and tried unsuccessfully to wake his two friends.
