Sasquatch sighting in Mississippi (2020)
The witness was deer hunting alone from an elevated stand off a power line in a state wildlife management area on a December afternoon. After hearing heavy breathing and movement, the witness observed a large black hairy human-like figure first on all fours then sitting and standing. The figure vocalized in gibberish-like speech, screamed, grunted, approached to about 30 yards and remained for an extended period before tearing vegetation and moving off. While the witness fled toward a truck, movement paralleled the witness in the woods while vocalizations continued behind, suggesting a second individual, and the witness fired a shot in the air before driving away.

Over years on the same lease the guest heard repeated rhythmic knocking after getting off his vehicle, plus bipedal steps, truck-like sounds, sticks and cones dropping, and owl-like sounds. He first rationalized them as people, deer, squirrels or owls. After his sighting he reinterpreted them as Sasquatch warning others of his approach.

While alone in the house napping, the witness heard footsteps come from the kitchen to the bedroom door. Something entered without the door opening and sat on the bed, depressing the mattress. The witness kept eyes closed and prayed until it stood up and walked back down the hall.
Chatter in Mississippi
The guest returned to his feeding cooler without food and found it open and upside down. While walking back he heard chimp-like noises, running sounds on both sides, and pine cones landing around him. A loud scream behind him like a lion turning to elephant to woman shook him, knocked him down, and made him vomit before he drove home.

A lineman elevated in a bucket truck at night was surrounded by five creatures that threw gravel and rocks at the bucket for over an hour. He fired a flare, saw four run toward it, and watched one large dog-like biped remain and react. He drove away with the bucket still raised.
