After a house fire the family moved to an isolated rented house where the boys hauled dead limbs for a cook stove. One morning they found a large pile of dead and green branches by the wood pile that had appeared overnight. The pile was so large they did not need to gather wood again before moving out months later.

Couple has car shaken and sees large animal up close near Tebbetts
The witness and a date were parked in a car in the woods on a fall evening when the car shook and a huge face appeared at the driver window at very close range. After starting the car and turning on headlights, they saw the animal on all fours on the passenger side apparently avoiding the light, then dash about 35 feet in front of the car into the woods where it stood up. The creature was described as over 7 feet tall, brown, fast-moving, and left muddy handprints and scratches on the car before the witnesses left for town.

On a later return to Snelgrove Lake the guest said one of the creatures urinated over the picnic table and porch area where the men urinated and then picked up a companion's fishing rod case from the ground and threw it against the cabin, which he read as territorial remarking.

During a late-night walk without flashlights in Pinchon National Forest with two companions, the guest was urinating when a rock narrowly missed his head. He interpreted it as territorial behavior linked to urinating.

After days of rain the group saw a rock fly from the forest to hit the shed, then a rock narrowly missed the guest's son as he urinated off the porch. After the men threw the rock back, a rock sailed over the cabin onto the tin roof, and after they slept a chunk of cordwood was thrown hard against the cabin wall.

After the others went to sleep the guest flicked on a small sink light and the cabin was immediately pounded, shaken and rocked as if lifted off its blocks, with screaming, running on the roof and rocks and brush thrown. He believed two creatures were arguing or fighting and tried unsuccessfully to wake his two friends.

Around 1-2 a.m. at the cabin the men knocked and got an instant loud reply from only feet away. When further knocks got no answer they tossed pebbles toward the sound and received gentle rock returns by their feet for an hour or two, ending with a larger rock clattering down boulders into the lake.

In the spring the witness heard a scream, found livestock guarded by dogs in unusual silence, and later found a cattle-panel fence pushed down with ties pulled loose.

The witness researched a cabin area where residents reported window peering and mind speech. The witness left food and toys and set hidden cameras in a basalt canyon with pools. Over time rocks were thrown, cameras were turned and camouflage removed, a toy was taken and returned altered, a mirror was pulled out, and a string with a basketball-sized rock was rigged in front of a camera.

The same two witnesses repeatedly heard very large rocks splashing into the creek after sunset at a conservation area from 2006 to 2008, hearing a distant deep roar once.

During a group outing intended to call in creatures, multiple individuals closed in while vocal mimicry shifted suddenly to loud aggressive growls. Two or three figures emerged from brush and physically forced participants toward vehicles. The group scrambled to leave as one researcher passed close by the largest individual.

The witness and her partner cleaned a pole barn on a mining claim. Rocks and large green branches were thrown down from a wooded ledge, preventing safe access to the truck. They used loud fireworks as a distraction to reach the truck, heard a loud scream across the creek, and were hit by a branch while leaving.

After moving to a home in Maine the witness had repeated trash disturbance and nighttime tree bangs like a bat hitting trees. Howls were heard and a sound mimicking an infant was reported. The call dropped before the account was finished.

After her dog growled at the window before dawn, the guest went outside to find a large full-size canoe weighing hundreds of pounds tipped on its side from being stored overturned. Her son denied moving it. She suspected Sasquatch rather than a person.

One evening almost dark while babysitting and on the phone, the guest let dogs out. They barked toward trees by a graveyard then fled terrified to the porch with cats. Something then struck the back of the house hard. She believes at least two creatures were present.

While camping during cold weather the guest felt pressure on the tent as if something pressed its face to the chest area. After striking at it the shape backed away and then produced loud chest-beating sounds like a gorilla. The party left the site the next day.
