The witness found all chickens missing from the coop, which was covered in feathers but had no bodies or blood. While searching the property near the creek, the witness discovered a very large footprint and photographed and measured it. An investigator later found additional prints in the same area.

Ten people renting a cabin heard branch-breaking noises, bangs, sounds like throwing, and strange howls after midnight, along with a foul outdoor odor. Four of the group then saw a large black bipedal figure in a field in front of the cabin that turned and went back into the woods. While photographing the scene, he says a thrown stick struck his head, prompting him to run to the house.

At the woods edge near the apartments it stopped and stared at them before they ran toward town and abandoned their gear for two days.

Woken by crashing and the dog barking, the witness heard a juvenile on the porch beating the deck and plucking the air conditioner while an adult gave gibberish instructions and the juvenile answered with tongue clicks. Then something wailed on the dog box. In the morning he found a twisted tree, shredded sapling and tracks and made a cast. With a flashlight he saw something large and black moving up the hill.
