Two hikers describe hearing bigfoot-like sounds near Indian Point (Garden of the Gods)
The witness and a companion were hiking in Shawnee National Forest when they heard rocks thrown, wood knocks, and a tree being pushed over nearby, followed by running footsteps that stopped abruptly. While heading back they heard a growl, whoops and howls from multiple directions and felt they were being watched. The witness attempted a phone audio recording but it did not capture the sounds clearly.

The witness reported being awakened at home by loud vocalizations and sounds of objects hitting the house, with farm and domestic animals reacting. He went outside armed to check the chicken pen and reported seeing a man-like bipedal figure taking chickens and retreating toward the woods. He said he pursued to high ground and aimed through his rifle scope, but branches fell near him and loud movement approached from both sides, prompting him to retreat and later fire toward the hollow. A single track was reported in the creek bottom the next day, but erosion had removed detail.
Vocalization in South Dakota (2014)
A man living alone reported ongoing activity including footsteps on the porch, grunting, tapping, rocks thrown and objects pushed over. He recorded audio through a window without looking outside. The investigator visited and noted the isolated setting and admitted the sound did not match known animals.
Footsteps in Arizona (2014)
Overnight at the camp the party heard footsteps moving in thick brush around the campsite just out of sight of the fire. On later playback something intelligent seemed to tinker with jingle bells strung on fishing line around the perimeter. The witness felt uneasy, watched, and unwilling to leave camp.
Possible activity experienced by campers at a popular campground in the Mount Hood National Forest
The witness and two companions camped in the Mt Hood National Forest with a barrel of animal entrails intended as bait. Over three days they reported loud screams from a nearby ridge, nighttime wood knocks, heavy steps and snapping twigs, and found their camp table apparently bitten through. They moved the bait pile away from camp, later found most of it missing with a wet sweet dog-like odor at the site.
Possible intimidation in the Pine Barrens
The witness visited a pine forest site three times in the early morning. On the first visit he heard heavy footsteps retreating, smelled a skunk-like odor, and saw a rock thrown into water. On later visits he heard loud repeated calls and low moans, heard footsteps approach to within about 15 feet without seeing the source, had a large stick thrown near him, left food and recorded vocalizations, and noted indistinct footprints and large broken trees.
Sasquatch sighting (2006)
In 2006 the guest staged an empty-looking campsite and hid inside his blanket-covered truck with a parabolic microphone. He heard footsteps approaching from about 10pm, watched two Bigfoots enter the camp with one dragging a stick and tapping lantern posts, then striking a tree hard. He heard splashing as the second crossed the creek, and the encounter culminated with something jumping on the back of his truck.

A few years after the property sightings, the witness camped alone off-trail on the Appalachian Trail. Around 2 a.m. something moved around the tent making odd pig-like or horse-like sounds, which was recorded. In the morning a food bag hung 15 feet up between trees was gone with the knot untied rather than broken.
Rock throwing in Missouri
A small research team camped for five days on the Missouri property to document ongoing rock-throwing activity. At night rocks repeatedly struck the tent, table, chairs and vehicle from a ridge above. The team marked piles of rocks with marker and later found marked rocks thrown into camp, along with foot tracks and a handprint.
Vocalization
Around 2 a.m. the guest heard clicking and movement around tents and vehicles. After hours of activity, something lifted a Dutch oven lid, charged 30 feet, pushed a fist through his tent window and then pushed its face inches from his. He held a pistol, heard a voice telling him to kick his legs, did so, and the group left chirping. Urine, prints and handprints were found.

Residents of a central Michigan farm reported frequent night vocalizations over several years. Recorders captured goat-like and horse-like sounds, breathing and banging on a food barrel, and loud knocks from the woods when people moved between buildings. The witness investigated possible human sources and found one distant caller to exclude, but did not see the source.
Footsteps near Hillsdale, Michigan
The witness volunteered as bait on a southern Michigan property while others monitored with microphones. Operators reported footsteps following the witness along a road. On other nights the group broadcast whale sounds and later recorded similar sounds unprompted, and daytime slapping on a garage was reported until cameras and lights were installed.

The guest was asleep in his tent with his dog when a proximity alarm woke him about 11:45. Something walked around the tent, handled items on his table, then pressed through the tent fabric behind his head and gently manipulated his head and face with a very large hand. He triggered his truck alarm lights, after which it moved off. The whole sequence lasted about nine minutes and was captured on an audio recorder.
Footsteps near Honobi, Oklahoma
The guest and a group left an empty tent with a recorder inside on a ridge in Oklahoma. After about 30 silent minutes the recording captured movement, snapping twigs and small pebbles hitting or missing the tent. Then something was heard running hard toward and right past the tent.
Sasquatch sighting near Smithsville, Oklahoma
The witness joined a group of about eight on a three-night expedition in southeastern Oklahoma to let the beings come to them. The group heard grunting, whistling, chatter, footsteps and close tree-breaking, had pebbles and a rock thrown, and saw large upright black shadow figures with night vision and naked eyes. One figure was seen behind a truck and one coworker was startled by movement in brush, with no one seriously hurt.

Two brothers living about two miles apart in a remote area moved into a long-vacant home and experienced escalating aggressive activity. The creatures chased one brother through a garage, came to a child's window at night, ran across the roof nightly, vocalized, and were seen standing in brush and at the property edge. After a spirit medium visited and the brothers commanded the beings away in prayer, activity at the house stopped, and related incidents included a vanishing woman, cloaking, and trail cameras failing when food was taken.
Rock throwing in Washington
Around 3 a.m. the guest recorded rocks being clacked together and then thrown around his campfire, which he attributes to a single animal possibly holding a rock in each hand. Later that same night he heard something crossing the creek, sloshing through deep water and churning rocks underfoot.
Growl
The witness and a companion were talking at a campfire around midnight when grunting and a deep sound were heard. A very large rock crashed through branches and landed right behind the witness's chair. Review of audio later captured grunting, a step, and the throw.
Vocalization in Texas
Two researchers spent the afternoon and night at a remote gated pond campground. After daytime shooting and loud vehicle sounds stopped at dark, they heard long female-like woos answered by male-like moans, a heavy stomp, subtle brush movement, a guttural sound, and a heavy splash from a thrown log. Through night vision a companion reportedly saw five figures standing together across the water, prompting rapid packing and departure through the locked gate.

After moving in, the couple heard whistles, whoops, footsteps and had pebbles thrown, with trail cameras failing. On a cold night about a year ago they sat quietly with lights off, heard a group approach talking, then lit them with flashlights. They describe one tall figure by a deck, one smaller figure lying prone that blinked, others peeking from trees, and others slapping buildings as a distraction before all left down a ridge.
