Possible activity and odd discoveries found by a Traditional Native American near Port Deposit
The witness and a friend were collecting molted eagle feathers near a swamp around sunset. They heard two very loud splashes close by that sounded like large rocks being thrown into the water. They pushed through overgrown vegetation to investigate and found a fresh path flattened through tall weeds but saw nothing. As they were leaving they heard distant chattering like talking, although they believed no one else was in the woods.
Vocals and thrown objects experienced by two friends exploring
Two companions hiked through dense brush to explore a quarry in the woods. While approaching and resting at the water they repeatedly heard very loud screech-like sounds and heard several large splashes in the water. As they climbed out and walked toward their vehicle, hard objects began striking the ground near them with increasing accuracy. They fled across a creek and out to their vehicle without ever seeing what produced the sounds or thrown objects.

The witness's brother spent the night alone in a camper parked in the driveway. Around 1:30 a.m. he watched a shadow move across the curtained window and translucent roof, apparently cast by a neighbor's porch light, as something slowly circled the camper while lightly tapping its sides. The next morning the family found fingerprint smudges, a large handprint, and large toeprints in spilled sand.
