The witness drove to the back of a hunting property and left the truck running while replacing an apple block and checking game trails. While squatted looking for sign, the witness heard a close guttural sound, drew a pistol, felt heavy footsteps, and saw a very large biped run about 20 yards through brush before dropping to all fours and crashing away. The witness found no tracks due to soil conditions, backed out to the truck, and drove away watching for pursuit.

The witness and a friend set a camouflaged blind in the back of a truck in a field on a cold clear January night to wait for hogs. A little after midnight they heard an extremely loud high-pitched banshee-like scream from a nearby wash that sounded angry. The friend went pale and said it was not a cow, and both left within minutes.

The witness set a bucket feeder and game camera in a wash to hunt hogs without crossing the area. When returning later with family, the feeder was found completely destroyed as if beaten, yet the camera held no pictures of anything moving through.
