A couple driving north at night reported a tall bipedal creature running from the left toward the road. It passed within a few feet of the driver-side window and crossed behind their truck as they traveled at highway speed. They turned around to search with a spotlight and checked again the next morning but found no trace.

He went outside armed to check the chicken pen and reported seeing a man-like bipedal figure taking chickens and retreating toward the woods. He said he pursued to high ground and aimed through his rifle scope, but branches fell near him and loud movement approached from both sides, prompting him to retreat and later fire toward the hollow. A single track was reported in the creek bottom the next day, but erosion had removed detail.
