Likely road crossing sighting of a sasquatch 20 miles southeast of Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada
The witness was driving a truck behind a companion on a tractor along a dirt forest road on a sunny morning. She saw a very tall silhouetted figure walk across the road ahead, pause to turn and face the passing tractor, then step into the woods and disappear. The companion said he had not seen the figure. Days later after watching a television program, the witness associated the encounter with Bigfoot reports.
Motorists Observe Creature Along Trans-Canada Highway
A couple driving on Highway 2 between Moncton and Sackville in June 2006 saw a dark bipedal figure cross a clearing about 100 yards away. The figure moved with long strides and outstretched arms, appeared 6-7 feet tall with a stocky build and dark fur, and showed no clothes or facial features. Both occupants watched it for several seconds as it traveled between forested areas.
Daytime sighting by motorist close to Maine/New Brunswick border
The witness was driving on a remote wooded road in Canada toward Maine in early afternoon with his wife resting beside him. He saw an upright, hair-covered figure crossing the road ahead and watched it take about seven steps into the woods and down into a ditch without changing gait. He described reddish-brown hair, muscular thighs, no visible neck, arms held forward bent at the elbows, and head facing down, and said his wife did not see it.

The reporter and other witnesses observed a large ape-like figure running through the woods that appeared frightened. The group stated they had never seen anything like it before. They later checked the area for footprints but found none.
Extended daylight sighting from tower at Kelly's Bog in Kouchibouguac National Park
The witness was on a solo vacation and stopped at a large bog with a viewing tower in a national park. Early one morning he watched a uniformly greyish-brown upright figure from about 500 feet away, first walking away and then crossing his view for about 20 minutes while appearing to pick plants. He walked the boardwalk at ground level and then returned to the tower for the longer observation. He did not follow it into the bog and left without a definite identification.

Two companions were walking down a logging road toward deer blinds during bow season in October 1994 when they noticed a set of small barefoot-like prints about size 5 crossing the muddy road. They were puzzled because the location seemed remote for a barefoot child and the prints went clear across the road. They briefly joked about bigfoot, continued hunting, and the witness later recalled the incident after reading other reports.

Sighting by campers
The witness group was camping near Mills Creek in the morning when their two dogs rushed into the shelter acting frightened and staring toward a spruce grove. After keeping watch, the group briefly saw a dark upright shape moving away through bushes and about half an hour later heard repetitive grunting from a distance. The group did not investigate and left the area cautiously.
