Adolescent child has early morning sighting near Chatsworth
The witness stood on a back step calling for a dog and looked over a tall kennel. A large hairy creature with reddish-brown hair was partly visible behind the kennel, showing part of its head and a long arm. The witness estimated it was about 7 feet tall because it stood taller than the kennel, then heard landing thumps and ran back inside.
Camper reports possible knocks in daylight near Conasauga River
The witness was camping alone in a wilderness clearing next to a river when he heard a loud repeated knocking like a thick stick hitting a tree for a minute or two. He hid by the river to look upriver for the source but saw nothing. Afterward he crossed the stream and found only beaver-chewed trees, which he initially thought explained the noise.

A tall figure with a very broad chest stepped into campfire and flashlight light, squatted at the water's edge with its hands in the water while staring at the group, then stood and walked away out of the light.
