On another night on duty the witness heard what sounded like a small girl giggling, feet slapping concrete, and a ball bouncing on a ramp where a child was said to have been run over. Nothing was visible as the sounds approached. The witness left and thereafter avoided going there alone after dark.

While on late-night duty alone the witness heard banging and screaming like trapped people inside a locked concrete electrical room. The witness saw only personal footprints in dust and no sign of entry. The noise stopped suddenly and the witness ran upstairs and avoided the area for the night.
