Sasquatch sighting near Yale, British Columbia (1961)
Account
As a small child the witness waited alone in a parked car near a washed-out railroad trestle while her grandfather inspected the damage. A female Sasquatch came down the road they had driven, walked past the car, paused at the front fender to look in at her, then continued down the bank. The witness later told her grandfather, who said he could smell it but found no footprints or hair.
