The witness was driving slowly on a wooded back road at dusk when headlights caught eyes in a tree beside the road. A small hair-covered figure dropped from a branch, landed crouched without fully standing, then ran on two legs up a ravine. The witness estimated the whole event lasted about 30 seconds.
