Account
The witness joined his son and companions at remote cabins for the Fourth of July. The younger men heard deep barking then growling by the creek. Later, while picking up brass, the witness heard extremely loud yells from the east, then north, then east again that shook the ground and vibrated his lungs. The group stayed in the cabin and later approached a slash pile with lights and firearms but turned back.
