Scream in Washington (2016)

2016 afternoon around 2pm broad daylight Washington 1 witness

Account

The witness drove up an overgrown dirt road off the scenic byway to a clearing with a view of the mountain, set up a tent and fire in broad daylight. A loud blood-curdling scream was heard within a couple hundred yards, and the witness's dog froze with hackles up. The witness packed up immediately and drove slowly back down, shaken because the sound matched no known animal.
