Hiker has daylight sighting near Warrior

In early fall 1979 the witness was walking wooded trails near home with a young relative on a warm sunny midday. After going a short distance the witness looked up a hill to the left and saw a very large hair-covered biped standing motionless among small pines and looking toward them. The witness fled toward the road, later telling the companion who had not seen it, and a later return to the spot found nothing.
