Upright walking creature crosses road at Walker Lake, Nv

The witness reports driving north into town on a highway in daylight when a very large reddish-brown furry biped with very long arms crossed about 60 feet ahead. It reportedly came from a treed slope on one side and entered trees on the other side within a few smooth steps. The witness continued driving out of fear and doubt and states continued uncertainty about what was seen.
