Stevenson Ridge vocalization startles father and son
Account
The witness and the witness's father heard loud, high-pitched screams from the forest behind their house while watching television late at night in August 1978. The sound lasted about a minute and was unfamiliar to both listeners. They went onto the porch to look around but stayed near the house in the dark and saw nothing. Years later the witness felt the sound matched an alleged Bigfoot call recording played by a relative.
