The witness was driving alone at night toward home when they noticed a tall, dark-furred figure on a snow ridge beside the highway. The figure ran on two legs toward the treeline, then stopped at the forest edge and turned to stare while the witness had stopped to watch. After observing a bare face and mane-like hair, the witness left the area out of fear.
