Rocks thrown at campers
Account
The witness and a companion were sleeping in an open-screen cabin at a youth camp when rocks began coming down the hillside at first light. After a rolling rock and a roof impact, a softball-sized rock flew airborne and struck a tree high up. After a quiet interval they found depressions in the soil about 100 feet upslope that matched the rocks and concluded the throws were beyond human ability. They collected the rocks and reported the incident to a minister, who dismissed it as a prank.
