near Riddle Multiple sightings and encounters described
Account
The witness was camped beside a river in the evening and spotted an animal across the water about 100 yards away. He watched for about two minutes as it handled rocks on the river bottom and moved back and forth easily before darkness ended the view. He then returned with several companions, when crashing brush, a swimming shape, a strong goat-like odor, and a club-like object on the bank were noted.
