Teens hear bipedal footsteps, smell strong odor while camping
Account
The witness and a friend were staying in a camper at night when they heard loud sounds from the woods that seemed to walk on two feet and approach, accompanied by a strange smell. They turned off the lights and listened as the sound changed to digging, then the witness sang loudly and the source sounded like it ran away on two legs. Later that night they heard the same walking and digging sounds again while reading. They never saw the source but concluded it was a bigfoot rather than a bear or person.
