The witness was riding on the back of a moving truck with dogs when breathing difficulty, watering eyes, agitation of the dogs, and a strong foul odor occurred. The witness then saw a very large hairy leg moving up an embankment to the northeast. The truck stopped and later returned to the spot, after which the father also encountered the odor, became alarmed, armed himself, moved the children into the cab, and left the area.
