Tracks near Port Orchard
Account
Taking a different circular route back, they found muddy footprints crossing the highway down to a riverbank, across the river and up the other side. The line was single file about four feet apart, smaller than the summer tracks but still larger than the witness's size thirteen boot with visible toes depressing gravel. The witness photographed the line and a boot comparison and sent them to BFRO contacts.
