The witness and her dog walked up a creek during a quiet hunting-season morning when she sensed being watched. She briefly saw a pale face with dark bowl-cut hair and dark lemon-shaped eyes looking down from the hillside, then saw nothing on second look. After crossing the creek and playing fetch, a branch flew toward them from the hillside with no animals or wind apparent, after which she recorded the trees and hurried back.
