Property disturbance in Oregon
Account
The witness and partner stopped for an afternoon nap at an empty small campground, tying two large dogs to the picnic table with nylon rope. When they awoke about an hour later the dogs were loose and the rope was cleanly cut as if with a knife. No other people or vehicles were seen, leaving the witness wondering if someone was watching from the woods.
