Account
The witness was riding in the back seat of a car late at night on a back road in northeastern Ohio after a work seminar. He saw a figure squatting in the ditch with its arms on its knees watching the car as they passed. The driver also looked back and acknowledged seeing something, and the witness later told only his father.
