While hiking a trail at Salt Fork, the witness found a single large blocky footprint crossing the trail in frozen ground. The heel impression was deep and the print was much longer and wider than his size eleven boot, estimated around fifteen inches long and about an inch and a half deep. He could not make a similar impression in the hard ground.
