Object throwing near Oakridge, Oregon
Account
The witness and a friend were on a casual out-and-back hike when pinecones were repeatedly thrown at them. They stopped face-to-face to scan 360 degrees for people but saw no one who could have thrown them. On the return they checked from above and concluded no human could have hidden. The witness later brought her husband to the spot and he agreed concealment was impossible.
