Campers startled by raspy howls and falling rocks
Account
Three friends were camping late at night on the west side of Indigo Lake. They heard rocks rolling in a gully as if something was moving across shale, then heard raspy grunts unlike familiar animals. The source then threw rocks for about two minutes, gave two long howls, and left.
